Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Copperlane, you’ll be the primary point of contact between our customers and technicians. This role focuses on clear communication, honest recommendations, and delivering an excellent service experience from start to finish.

Full-Time Los Angeles, CA $22–$30 per hour + commission

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns
  • Prepare service estimates and explain recommended work
  • Coordinate scheduling and workflow with technicians
  • Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
  • Comfortable using shop management software
