David Lee designs the customer journey at Copperlane, from online scheduling to the handshake at pickup. He blends lean shop processes with digital tools so every appointment runs on time and every customer knows exactly what was done to their vehicle.

He partners with technicians to translate complex repairs into clear updates, making sure estimates are transparent and approvals are simple. David also trains advisors on communication standards that keep customers informed without slowing down the bay.

Before joining Copperlane, David modernized service lanes for several multi-location dealerships, improving CSI scores and same-day close rates.
